What is The Sending Circle?
The Sending Circle is a community of people who believe in the power of art to move, to teach, and to bring us closer to ourselves and one another.
It is made up of those who choose to stand with this work as participants in its journey. Through care, generosity, and presence, members of The Sending Circle help carry this work into the world.
This is not just support.
This is partnership.
This is how the work moves forward.
Why It Matters
Our Road Home is more than a performance, it is an ongoing exploration of migration, memory, culture, and belonging. It lives in the stories we tell, the rhythms we carry, and the communities we build along the way.
To continue this work - on stage, in galleries, in film, and in community spaces - we need more than resources. We need people.
People who believe.
People who show up.
People who help send this work where it needs to go next.
That is The Sending Circle.
HOW YOU CAN BE PART OF IT
There are many ways to be part of The Sending Circle.
Each role reflects a different way of showing up, and all are essential.
You will be at the center of support for Our Road Home and [Jk]creativ. through our Council of Retirees and Elders. As a member of the C.O.R.E., we look to you for four things:
Your Prayers,
Your Love,
Your Wisdom, and
Your Hands.
From spiritual support, to preparing food, to sharing of stories, the Creativ. C.O.R.E. keeps us rooted and cared for with a love nurtured through the experience and grace of a well-seasoned life.

The coalition is the fam, the connect, the tribe of supporters who are simply down for the cause. As a member of the Coalition we look to you for:

Your Skills.
From spreading the word, to making business and community connections, the Creativ. Coalition keeps us present, relevant and close to the heartbeat of the communities we seek to serve.
